Incentive Plan for EMEA Sales Team
In November, the challenge incentive is designed for: Lumenis Sales Team
Challenge: For each NuEra or Legend Pro+ booked and billed between the 1st November and the 30th November, the sales person will receive a bonus per device sold.
Objective: Grow the body segment, especially in combination with M22.
- Tier 1: Sell a NuEra or Legend Pro+ device to a customer or distributor (300€ bonus)
- Tier 2: Sell a bundle NuEra/M22 or Legend Pro+/M22 to a customer or distributor (600€ bonus)
For direct countries: The sales person will receive the bonus.
For indirect countries: The RSM will receive the bonus.
This incentive plan is limited to the first 10 devices sold – total of NuEra and Legend Pro+.
